supervisory board

Those who appoint bosses decide on the future mental state of the company.

We would also be happy to represent your owner interests on supervisory boards. We work primarily for German medium-sized companies.

The Supervisory Board has moved out of the shadowy existence in recent years and is currently enjoying particular public attention. Rightly so. The supervisory board is responsible for monitoring the management and approving important business transactions. The supervisory board also appoints the management board.

Especially in a stock corporation, it is more than just a mandatory body. In addition to his work as a key component of the company's internal monitoring, he is also an advisor to the Management Board.
With our Trade licenses for trade, management consulting, reorganization, IT services and the tourism industry we fill operationally some managing director positions and therefore know both sides. That of the management and that of the owner.

In addition to the absolute commitment to the company's interests, Dr. von Arland always took his mandates personally.

CSE - "Certified Supervisory Expert" is a certification of competencies, experience, knowledge and skills specifically relevant for supervisory boards and foundation boards and is the seal of quality for (future) members of supervisory bodies.

Those who are certified have sound training and/or practice in carrying out responsible work as a member of the supervisory board or foundation board.

This makes it easier to select members of the supervisory board, and interested parties from a wide variety of industries can be sure of successful work on the supervisory board.
